This year&#8217;s ceremony revolved around the theme &#8216;Promoting Governing Excellence&#8217;.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Among the luminaries in attendance were Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi, who joined the event virtually, and Tapan Kanti Ghosh, the senior secretary of the Ministry of Commerce.
